Year 6 Residential to Cranedale
Last week, the Year 6 girls left Warwick Prep School to travel up to Yorkshire for their residential trip.
Upon arriving, the girls had fun exploring the local fields and woodlands, taking part in team bonding games before eating a delicious dinner and settling down to bed in their dorms.
During the week, the girls visited the Yorkshire Moorlands to learn more about the geographical landscape and tried their hand at pond dipping, identifying creatures such as dragonflies, newts, snails, and mayfly larvae. They also went to Flamborough Head for rock pooling and seal and bird spotting – there are often colonies of puffins on the cliffs!
Everyone had a fantastic time, creating memories of their final residential trip at Warwick Prep School that will last a lifetime!
