Year 3 Build Stonehenge!

This week, Year 3 spent their History lesson outside at Warwick Prep in the blazing spring sunshine, creating their own versions of Stonehenge and neolithic dolmens.
Using a range of natural materials, the girls made mini versions of a henge (circular stones) and a dolmen (which looks like a table!). They discussed how much effort it must have taken to make full scale versions all those years ago and what they might have been used for.
