World Bee Day
We’re buzzing with excitement to celebrate World Bee Day at Warwick Prep! 🐝
During Eco Fortnight, we’ve been understanding the importance of bees in our ecosystem and pupils have been busy planting bee and pollinator friendly flowers, such as sunflowers, in the Forest School garden. They’ve also created inviting natural habitats for minibeasts to call home or rest whilst having a drink.
The Nursery children have created some bee-utiful buzy bee artwork, as part of their ‘Minibeast’ topic.
And, whilst enjoying a trip to the seaside on their residential trip this week, the Year 4 pupils enjoyed honey ice cream. Delicious! 🐝
