Embracing Autumn at Forest School

Children in The Squirrels Nursery and Reception have been embracing autumn through outdoor activities at Warwick Prep School.

On a walk after the weekend storms, the Nursery children enjoyed looking for signs of the season and found so many conkers! They filled buckets and baskets to take back to nursery for autumnal activities.

Meanwhile, the Reception children have been getting creative by squashing blackberries to paint with the juice which was lots of fun!

Children in the Year 1 Forest School Club have been busy planting spring flowering bulbs. Each child took one home to plant in their own garden, while the rest were planted in Forest School, to enhance the area around our Coronation Tree.
