Life after Warwick Prep

Boys moving on to Warwick Junior School

Based on their progress at Warwick Prep, and their aptitude, boys will be offered a place at Warwick Junior School during the Spring Term of Year 2.

Girls moving on to King's High School

Similarly, based on their progress at Warwick Prep, and their aptitude, girls will be offered a place at King's High School during the Spring Term of Year 5. If there are any concerns about whether a girl will continue to thrive at King's High School, this will be addressed with parents in advance and then the Entrance Examination may be used to determine a place, as with candidates from outside the Foundation.

Fees in Advance Scheme

The Fees in Advance Scheme is available to parents of all pupils at Warwick Schools Foundation schools who wish to make payments towards future terms’ fees upfront at a discounted rate.

Under the Scheme, a lump sum payment is made to cover future fees, either in advance of entry to the School, or at any time after joining the School. You can choose the number of terms’ fees you wish to cover (between three and twenty one terms).

The Scheme will come into force for Autumn Term 2024 and to be eligible as an advance payment for that term, we need to have received payment by 5 July 2024.  Thereafter, fees will need to be payable by the end of the preceding term to be considered ‘in advance’.

If you are interested in making a payment under this Scheme, please email feesinadvance@warwickschools.co.uk

The full conditions of the scheme can be found below, along with a table to give parents an illustrative example of savings that could be made under the scheme, and a calculator to work out the total fees payable dependent on number of terms to be pre-paid.

Payment of Fees

School fees are billed termly and payment is due no later than the first day of each term. We prefer payment by termly direct debit - in order to set this up, please download a copy of the school’s direct debit form and send the completed copy to billing@warwickschools.co.uk.

Alternatively, parents can choose to spread the cost of their fees by paying in 12 monthly instalments, via Warwick Schools Foundation’s third party partner School Fee Plan. For more information please click here. Eligibility for this scheme requires a credit check and an application, and more details on how to apply, plus costs, can be found on their website. Click here to access our page on the School Fee Plan website.

Withdrawal

In accordance with section 9 of the parent contract, parents wishing to withdraw a pupil for any reason must give a full term's written notice to the Head or Foundation Bursar on the Head’s behalf, otherwise a full term's tuition fees are payable.  A term's written notice means notice in writing given before the first day of a term and expiring at the end of that term.  Written notice applies to all activities including additional lessons such as music and LAMDA.
