The Virtual Activities Environment, or VAE as it is most commonly referred to, is Warwick Prep's central hub for all things co-curricular. You, as parents, are able to log in to the VAE using bespoke log in credentials to; select your child's termly clubs and activities, book your child in to our After School Care Supervision and update your child's availability for sporting fixtures, educational visits, concerts and other school events. 

The School Office will regularly communicate information through the VAE and will generate email requests for you to confirm your child's attendance at an event, which you can then respond to by simply clicking a button. No more paper reply slips!
