Research from World Book Day 2024 showed that some children see reading as something they have to do rather than something they choose to do. Therefore, today is all about empowering children to discover the joy of reading on their own terms.

The school is buzzing with excitement as the children have come to school dressed as their favourite book characters including Dog Man, Isadora Moon, The Snail and the Whale and The Magic Faraway Tree, to name but a few. Thank you to everyone who reused, recycled or repurposed their costumes!
