Mrs Johnson also led a special assembly for Years 1 to 3 to celebrate World Kindness Day. They explored key themes from one of Mrs Johnson's favourite books, The Boy, the Mole, the Fox, and the Horse by Charlie Mackesy, which encouraged the children to reflect on the power of kindness, compassion and friendship in their own lives. Mrs Johnson was very impressed with how much the children in Lower School have grown since the start of the year, both in their reflective thinking and in their ability to sit and listen for a sustained period. A Purple Star was well-deserved by all classes!
