Fine Feathered Friends at Forest School
In preparation for the RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch, The Squirrels Nursery and Reception children created a variety of bird feeders to bring more of our feathered friends into Forest School, the Nursery garden and playgrounds.
The children listened to the captivating story of the 'Bouncy Blackbird', learning more about where different birds feed and what tickles their taste buds. A charming robin has become a regular visitor to Forest School during circle time. The children love to see him!
