In Forest School, the Reception children have been learning about fire safety.
They know that children should never touch matches, they must stay seated on their log when we have a fire and close their eyes if smoke comes towards them. They collected small, snappy sticks to build a fire, and Mrs Lees used the Kelly Kettle to boil water for some delicious hot chocolate to enjoy with a biscuit.
