Earlier in the week, 6SW enjoyed a Philosophy and Critical Thinking workshop with The Philosophy Man, where their thinking was challenged through a variety of engaging and thought-provoking activities and games; on Thursday, 6JJ and 6CM had a fabulous time collaborating in Year 8 Art Lessons during the King's High School ‘Festival of Ideas’. Inspired by Henri Matisse, the pupils used acrylic paints to create their own organic shapes and patterns, before combining them into a collaborative mural.

In addition, all Year 6 pupils have completed the Primary Maths Challenge, a rigorous mathematical competition run by the Mathematical Association. Fingers are crossed to see how many pupils will go through to the next round!
