The Reception children planted flower seeds including nasturtium, sweet peas and marigolds, to encourage various insects into the garden. They are looking forward to watching the flowers grow and inspecting the bugs!

In the raised beds, The Squirrels Nursery children planted potatoes, carrots, beetroots, spinach, parsnips and lettuce. Hopefully the Reception children's flowers work their magic to discourage the bugs from eating our yummy veg, and then we should have a bumper crop to share with the rest of the school!
